Chai Pear Bourbon Ice Cream

Adapted from Curtis Aikens Peach Ice Cream recipe found here.

Substitute his peach brandy with Chai Pear Shrub and bourbon.

Follow his recipe and just replace the peach brandy with 2 ounces of Chai Pear Shrub and 2 ounces of bourbon.

While the ice cream is churning, add another 2 ounces of bourbon.
