Chai Pear Shrub Swizzle

  • 1 1/2 oz aged rum (I used @zacaparum 23)
  • 1/2 oz oloroso sherry
  • 3/4 oz Chai Pear Shrub
  • 3/4 oz fresh squeezed/strained lemon juice
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • pinch of salt
     

Combine all in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
