Our Chai Pear Shrub, a little Velvet Falernum, a hint of crispness in the air...makes us want to go jump in a pile of leaves!

• 2 oz Gin (no.2 from @venusspirits)
• 1/2 oz Chair Pear Shrub #elementshrub
• 1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
🍐
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for about 14 seconds (very precise I know but @cocktailslikewhoa knows what they’re doing). Strain into a chilled coupe glass. And garnish with a pear slice!

"Spiced Greyhound"

1 1/2oz vodka (we used locally made @cirrusvodka from #RVA)
3/4oz Chai Pear #ElementShrub
4oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Build the drink over ice and give everything a quick stir.
