Chai Pear Shrub Sour

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz honey ginger syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed/strained lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon (tsp) Chai Pear Shrub
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • pinch salt

Combine all in cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake for another 12 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with candied ginger and rosemary.
