1 1/2 oz Rittenhouse Rye
3 oz original almond milk
1/2 oz Chai Pear Shrub
1 tsp dark maple syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled and strain into a tall glass over ice. Serve with a straw. Note that the cocktail will visually separate over time (with no impact on taste profile) so use the straw to stir occasionally while imbibing.
