Endless Summer

1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz gin
1/2 oz Blueberry Rosemary Shrub
1 1/2 inch cube of watermelon

Muddle watermelon and add other ingredients to a shaker. Do a quick dry shake and strain into a glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Express and discard lemon peel. Garnish with watermelon surfboard.
