1 1/2 oz mezcal (we used @delmagueymezcal)
3/4 oz Cranberry Hibiscus Element Shrub
1/2 oz black pepper simple syrup
Several dashes of chocolate bitters (we used @modernbarcart)
Shake until thoroughly chilled, strain into a rocks glass over a big, clear ice cube. Garnish with bitters and freshly ground black pepper.
