1oz Suze liqueur
1oz Grapefruit Vanilla Shrub
Top with (2oz) cold sparkling water
For those of you not familiar with Suze (I just learned about this week), it is a (bitter) French aperitif made from gentian root, a popular bittering agent used to make bitters and other (Italian) Amari.
