This is a fantastic spirit-free drink for Mother's Day or any other day of the year. Cheers to all the moms out there!
1 oz cold-brewed chrysanthemum tea
1 oz Cranberry Hibiscus Element Shrub
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit
1/4" freshly grated ginger
Shake in a shaker with a fresh mint leaf. Top with 1/2 oz seltzer and a few dashes of Lavender Bitters. Serve over pomegranate mint ice cubes and garnish with freshly ground ginger.
