1 oz St George Spirits Dry Rye Gin
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Lemon Mint Shrub
1/2 oz sugar cane simple
Absinthe rinse

Rinse a coupe with absinthe.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled and strain into a coupe.
