BLOOD ORANGE FIZZ
3/4 oz Blood Orange Saffron Element Shrub
1/2 oz cinnamon bark syrup*
1/4 oz ginger syrup
1 egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Dry Shake until your arm feels like it is going to fall off. Add ice to the shaker. Shake again and strain into a collins glass.
*To make the cinnamon bark syrup - equal parts sugar & water infused with cinnamon sticks. Heat until sugar is dissolved, add cinnamon sticks and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Top with Blood Orange Saffron Shrub & Club. Garnish with orange.
