JAPANESE GIN SOUR
1 1/2 oz cold-brewed soba (or buckwheat) tea
1 oz gin
1/2 oz Lemon Mint Element Shrub
1/4 oz Ginger liqueur
1/4 oz maple syrup
A sprig of fresh mint
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker, shake and serve. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon and fresh mint sprig.
