1 1/2 oz black plum syrup*
3/4 oz Ginger Lime Element Shrub
Top with about 2 oz soda
Muddle thyme in a shaker with the shrub. Add the syrup. Add some ice. Shake and strain glass over new ice. Top with soda.
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 ripe plums chopped up
Add sugar and water to a small sauce pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 ripe, chopped plums to the sugar mixture. Turn off heat and let it sit for 15 minutes. Strain through a mesh sieve and let syrup cool.
