1 1/4 oz barrel aged gin (we used @kodistilling)
1 oz lapsang souchong (smoky) tea simple syrup*
1/2 oz Chai Pear Element Shrub
1 oz almond milk
*Make one cup of honey ginger simple and dilute with 1/4 cup of strongly brewed Lapsang Souchong tea
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake thoroughly until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
