CRANBERRY HIBISCUS SHRUB SPARKLER

1 cup fresh cranberries
4 oz gin
2 oz Cranberry Hibiscus Element Shrub
1 oz maple syrup
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
Pinch of salt
Seltzer
In a blender, combine the cranberries, gin, shrub, salt, and lime juice. Pulse a few times then blend on high speed for 5 seconds. Strain (use a fine mesh like a tea strainer) into a cocktail shaker, add the maple syrup and ice, and shake. Pour over ice and top with 2 ounces of club soda.
